Entertainment Policy Guidelines

The promotion of any entertainment products or services must adhere to the policies listed below:

Social Gaming Casinos

 Campaign Requirements:

  1. Landing pages must disclose that users will not win “real money” in a clear and conspicuous manner.

  2. Disclose that users will not win “real money” in the terms and conditions section if promoting an offer that goes directly to an app store.

Campaigns Cannot:  

  1. Direct users to a gambling offer that includes real money or other equivalent vouchers.

  2. Be linked to other websites or apps that offer real money or any other equivalent vouchers.

Thumbnails and Headlines Cannot:

  1. Use exaggerated claims unrelated to the product, false, or unclear that the offer being prompted is an app.

  2. Show images of people cheating.

Movies, Television, and Music

Campaign Requirements:

  1. Must adhere to our copyright policies.

Campaigns Cannot:

  1. Contain any sort of grotesque, graphic, or disturbing Imagery such as blood, aggressive violence, etc.

Video Games 

Campaign Requirements:

  1. Campaigns must adhere to the ESRB Guidelines This also includes that ESRB/PEGI ratings must be displayed clearly and conspicuously on the landing page. (Available at: https://www.esrb.org/publishers/ArcManual.aspx).

 

 What happens if I violate this policy?

  • Ad denial: Ads that don't follow this policy may get denied. A denied ad won't be able to run until the policy violation is fixed and the ad is approved.
  • Domain Disabling / Suspension: We may suspend websites that violate this policy, meaning that the website can no longer be advertised with Revcontent until the problem is fixed.
  • Account Termination: An account may get terminated if you have several violations or a serious violation. If this happens, all ads in the terminated account will stop running, and we may no longer accept advertising from you. Any related accounts may also be terminated and your new accounts may get automatically suspended at setup.
