      Automotive Vehicles

      Campaign Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with all legal requirements related to the promotion and sale of automotive vehicles.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Target any geo that prohibits such promotions.

      Thumbnails and Headlines Cannot:

      1. Use images of females that are sexual in nature.

      Charities and Social Initiatives

      Campaign Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with all legal requirements related to the promotion of charities and social initiatives.

      2. Campaigns must provide substantiation that the charity being promoted is registered in order to run on our top-tier sites.

      Thumbnails and Headlines Cannot:

      1. Depict any kind of violence or rioting.

      Chemicals

      Campaign Requirements:

      1. Advertisements cannot promote any products listed under our list of Unapproved Pharmaceuticals and Supplements.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Promote any chemical that is prohibited in the targeted geo.

      Computer Technology

      Campaign Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of computer technology.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Promote any type of computer “enhancement" software.

      Education

      Campaign Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of education.

      2. Any earnings claims relating to the results of education products, software, and services must be substantiated with a clear and conspicuous disclosure that states earnings results will vary and are not guaranteed.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Promote any offer that is prohibited in the targeted geo.

      Food

       Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of food.

      2. Any food supplement products that make health claims must also adhere to our Healthcare Policies.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Promote any offer that is prohibited in the targeted geo.

      Insurance

      Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of insurance.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Make any kind of false promises (Ex: “Drivers are getting a big payday").

      2. Give users a false sense of urgency (Ex:" You must do this today").

      Real Estate

      Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of real estate.

      2. Campaigns must also adhere to our Finance and Loan policies.

      Religion

      Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of religion.

      Campaigns Cannot:

      1. Be offensive, bigoted, or misleading.

      Surveillance and Spy Equipment

      Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of surveillance and spy equipment.

      Campaigns Cannot

      1. Promote the use of the equipment for non-legitimate use or illegal purposes.  

      TV and Telecommunications

      Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of TV and telecommunications.

      Sweepstakes and Contests

      Campaigns Requirements:

      1. Advertisements must comply with any and all legal requirements related to the promotion of Sweepstakes and Contests.

      2. The terms and conditions of any sweepstakes or contest must be substantiated on the landing page.

      Thumbnails and Headlines Cannot:

      1. Headlines cannot state specific dollar amounts unless it is qualified by stating there is only a "chance" to win that amount (Ex: "You May Have a Chance to Win $1,000).

       

       What happens if I violate this policy?

      • Ad denial: Ads that don't follow this policy may get denied. A denied ad won't be able to run until the policy violation is fixed and the ad is approved.
      • Domain Disabling / Suspension: We may suspend websites that violate this policy, meaning that the website can no longer be advertised with Revcontent until the problem is fixed.
      • Account Termination: An account may get terminated if you have several violations or a serious violation. If this happens, all ads in the terminated account will stop running, and we may no longer accept advertising from you. Any related accounts may also be terminated and your new accounts may get automatically suspended at setup.
