The promotion of Weight-Loss products must adhere to the policies listed below as well as our Healthcare policies:
Campaign Requirements:

Be promoted through a reputable e-commerce brand, promote a product with proper substantiation, OR promote an eBook.

Disclose on the landing page that weight loss is achieved with a healthy reduced-calorie diet and exercise program.

Disclose the amount of time it took to lose the weight in regards to any testimonials on the landing page (e.g. “I lost 3 pounds in two weeks”).

Disclose the typical results consumers can expect to achieve (Example: “Typical clients/consumers lose 1-2 pounds per week on average”).

Adhere to our Advertorial-Themed LP's policies when applicable.

Any affirmative weight-loss claims on the page (including through testimonials/endorsements/first-person descriptions) without a disclaimer in 8 pt font or 11 pixels, 4:5 contrast ratio, in close proximity to each claim, or with an asterisk reference to each claim, stating, “Paid Endorsement [if applicable]; Results Not Typical; Typically reported results are _________ with diet and exercise.”
Campaigns Cannot:

Claim to cause weight loss of 2 lbs. or more a week for a month or more without dieting or exercise.

Claim to cause weight loss of 3 lbs. per week for more than 4 weeks with diet and exercise.

Target sensitive groups such as minors, persons with disabilities, etc.

Use unverified testimonials.

Claim to cause substantial weight loss without a healthy reduced-calorie diet and exercise program.
Thumbnails and Headlines Cannot:

Use before/after images.

Include specific weight loss amounts, e.g., "This woman lost XX lbs in XX days").

Include images of overly obese people.
-
Use images deemed inappropriate or suggestive (bikini, underwear, etc.).

Showing pinching or squeezing of stomachs or other body parts.

Display images of overly zoomed-in body parts (Example: zoomed-in stomach).
What happens if I violate this policy?
- Ad denial: Ads that don't follow this policy may get denied. A denied ad won't be able to run until the policy violation is fixed and the ad is approved.
- Domain Disabling / Suspension: We may suspend websites that violate this policy, meaning that the website can no longer be advertised with Revcontent until the problem is fixed.
- Account Termination: An account may get terminated if you have several violations or a serious violation. If this happens, all ads in the terminated account will stop running, and we may no longer accept advertising from you. Any related accounts may also be terminated and your new accounts may get automatically suspended at setup.
