To ensure your advertisement performs optimally and meets our guidelines, here are the recommended technical specifications for each element:
Image
Must:
- Meet the following image specs: 1000 X 750 pixels (or any larger increment of that, following a 4:3 ratio)
- Be uploaded in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, WEBP, MP4, or MOV
- Fill the entire space allotted for creative
Can:
- Include partial text when relevant
- Use arrows or circles for emphasis when appropriate
Cannot:
- Contain borders, partial borders, or visible white space on any edge
- Appear blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution
- Include excessive animation or flashing effects
- Feature unnecessary or cut-off text
- Use poorly drawn or distracting arrows/circles
- Be overly edited or heavily photoshopped
- Depict sexual content (including nudity, phallic imagery, objectification, or excessive PDA)
- Show grotesque imagery (rashes, blood, torture, etc.)
- Be collage-style or contain multiple clashing visual elements
💡 Keep in mind, the system will automatically crop and resize your image to fit various placements. To ensure key visual elements aren't cut off, avoid placing important content near the edges.
Headline
Must:
- Use title case (for example, The World’s Scariest Roller Coasters)
- Use correct spelling and grammar
Cannot:
- Include inappropriate or improper punctuation, such as repeated marks (???!!!) or symbols (-->, @, *, etc)
- End with ellipses (…)
- Use ALL CAPS, except for valid acronyms (such as, NASA)
- Objectify individuals (for example, 10 Hottest Women in the World)
- Make false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims of any kind (any and all claims made in headlines MUST be verifiable on the landing page)
- Use vulgar, crude, or offensive language
- Contain misleading or false information in editorial content (such as fake “before and after” transformations)
- Reference or compare products to branded medications
Description
Must:
- Follow all headline guidelines, with one exception:
You do not need to capitalize every major word—use sentence case or title case as appropriate.
⚠️ The description text should be concise and similar in length to headlines. Longer descriptions may be cut off, as they are variable based on publisher preferences and aren't typically designed to display multiple lines or full paragraphs.
Brand Name
Must:
- Clearly reflect the landing page, offer, or domain branding
- Use title case - capitalize the first letter of all major words
Cannot:
- Include symbols or punctuation
- Be used as a tagline or call to action (for instance, "Learn More Here" or "Claim Savings Now")
